About us
Corporate philosophy
Our company is committed to manufacturing high-quality pharmaceutical active ingredients that meet both the needs of our customers and the requirements of a sustainable future.
Our corporate philosophy is based on fundamental principles that form the foundation of our actions. We are convinced that these principles not only support our success, but also reflect the responsibility we carry towards our customers, employees, the environment and society as a whole.
We are committed to seven guiding principles: quality, products, customer orientation, sustainability, integrity and ethics, compliance, and employee engagement and occupational health and safety. These principles shape our objectives and define our daily actions.
These seven principles form the foundation of our actions and serve as a guide for all employees in achieving our shared mission and ensuring sustainable success. They are not only a firmly embedded part of our corporate culture but have also been symbolically reflected in our logo for decades.
Our long-standing successful partnerships with reputable pharmaceutical manufacturers confirm the value and consistency of this approach.
