Reporting concerns safely and confidentially
Peptido GmbH is committed to responsible and lawful conduct. In order to identify and address potential violations at an early stage, we have established an internal whistleblowing system in accordance with the German Whistleblower Protection Act (Hinweisgeberschutzgesetz – HinSchG).
Who can submit a report?
All employees, business partners, customers and other individuals who are professionally connected with Peptido GmbH may submit reports.
What types of violations can be reported?
Reports may relate, for example, to:

Breaches of applicable laws (e.g. corruption, fraud, data protection violations)

Confidentiality and protection
All reports are treated with strict confidentiality. Reporting persons are legally protected against any form of disadvantage. Reports may also be submitted anonymously if desired.
